We loved our stay at this beautiful historic home! The sea view suite was spacious and perfect for our family with a small baby. Art and Martha made us feel at home with warm hospitality, delicious breakfasts, and even homemade cookies for the kids. Granville Ferry is stunning, and the views are undeniably beautiful.

I stayed for 3 nights in the Queen Suite with Sea View. The house has a fascinating history and is super comfortable. The breakfasts were amazing, featuring home-cooked options every morning. Art and Martha were incredible hosts, ensuring a cozy experience throughout my stay. Highly recommend! 😊

Beautiful historic home

Our recent stay was a delightful escape while exploring the beautiful waterfront views. The morning breakfasts were genuinely exceptional, featuring local strawberry preserves and homemade waffles that set a great tone for the day. We appreciated the well-prepared and comfortable accommodations, which made it easy to relax after touring the nearby historical sites. The friendly hosts went above and beyond to ensure we felt at home throughout our stay.

the so-called service was quite lacking, not to mention those basic local bath products that i heard so much about. i was just about ready to give a good review, but they didn't even offer a welcome gift, like a complimentary bottle of water. disappointing, to say the least. won't be rushing back anytime soon!

charming manor with stunning views

Our experience at Grand Oak Manor was thoroughly delightful. We woke up to the sweet aroma of fresh-baked muffins and enjoyed delightful breakfasts, especially the homemade quiche served by our hosts. Art's stories about the manor’s rich history made every meal feel special, and we loved wandering through the extensive gardens with breathtaking views of Annapolis Royal across the bay.

While our stay was mostly perfect, the location requires a car as it's about a 30-minute walk to the town center. I did miss having local bath products in our room, which would have enhanced the experience.

We done stayed in a clean, spacious room with a view that took my breath away! Art and Martha treated us like family, and that breakfast. oh my! Fresh-made waffles and local preserves! Just sittin’ on the porch with coffee was pure bliss. Wish I could of taken some of them beautiful flowers with me!

Although the location was convenient for exploring local attractions, some areas could use modernization for a more refined stay. Additionally, the common areas felt a bit crowded at times during peak breakfast hours but overall still offered a charming experience with beautiful views.

Great match for a lightning stop in Granville Ferry with good value. The warm robes were a nice touch after a long drive. Make sure to try the homemade jams at breakfast.

i had such a lovely stay at grand oak manor bed and breakfast during my visit to the city! the cozy room with a sea view and the delicious breakfast definitely exceeded my expectations. art and martha made us feel right at home, sharing the history of the manor while we enjoyed some amazing quiche!
